Octane III fan spins at max

Hi,

I recently brought (03months ago) 15.6" Octane III basically fr doing 2d/3D Animation in windows 10 operating system,Howevr last week i had weird thing,Laptop fan spins at max even when PC is turned off.Before that i update windows 10 & VGA Driver ( Usuay Auto updates both )Anyone had a clue.Please Respond.

Could you be more specific? It cannot be spinning when it is powered down unless something is really wrong with it. Do you mean on idle? Also, can you check your temps?
Try as well to press FN+1. That forces the fan to maximum speed. If you see a change when you do then that may be part of the problem, maybe some sort of false contact (I am hardly an expert)
