I need a new battery for this laptop. When I go to spare parts it shows out of stock, surely PC specialist must have a way to supply what I need, because I can't get it anywhere else.

You can raise an RMA with PCSpecialist if you're a customer, that's the reason you go for a custom chassis is for the ongoing support.

If you're not a customer, I'm afraid you'd need to check an open forum as this forum is closed to PCSpecialist customers.
