Only had my new 17" Genesis V for a few weeks now and looking good so far apart from the overly extended original lead time and having to go straight back once it was delivered as the keyboard wasn't fixed properly.
I was particularly impressed by the ability to reinstall Office 365 from my Microsoft account exactly to the point it was before it all got deleted by an online repair tool that PC Specialist support person installed remotely to try and fix a minor problem. So rather than go back to them i thought i'd throw it open on here to see if anyone else has similar issues.
1. When opening Outlook 2016, it opens minimised in the taskbar flashing orange, however the option to "run maximised" is ticked. It was ok at first but not now.
2. When previously running Outlook 2007 on Windows 7, opening an e-mail from any folder and deleting the e-mail, i would be returned to whatever folder i was viewing, but now Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 minimises to the taskbar and i have to click the Outlook icon in the taskbar to maximise it.
It's probably something quick and obvious but any help would be much appreciated if anyone else has had the same issues and rectified them.
