Old HDD compatibilities

Hi all, just a quick question.

I've not been keeping up with all the PC advances for years and have just recently bought a desktop from PCS. I had a very old 3.5" HDD (from previous desktop) that was put into an external case, and now I wanted to put it back into the new desktop.

However on opening my new desktop up only then I realised all the cables on the motherboard is SATA (I think), whereas my very old HDD uses Ultra ATA. Is there any converter or any other way to connect my old HDD? Or should I just throw it away and get a new one?

It contains hundreds of GBs of old photos and the HDD is only used for storage, so its speed doesn't really matter.

You can still use and fit them into your new pc, you just need a convertor to use it like these ones:

Ok cheers guys! I was googling for a Ultra ATA to SATA converter, looks like I was searching using the wrong words. Doh.
