Hi,
I'd suggest the GTX 670 2gb or GTX 680 2gb unless you are planning to run more than 1 screen, a caviar black as the main drive and at least silver warranty for £5.

Also an overclock isn't really necessary for gaming so you could go for the 3570 and the triple copper heatpipe cooler.

Yep but the OP will be playing FSX which relies more on the CPU so he'll benefit from the OC i7.
