After days and days of trying to decide, I've come up with this set-up. I'm going to be using it mainly for some medium - heavy video editing, and some casual FPS gaming.

AMD Phenom II x6 @2.80GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM (2 x 4GB)
1GB nVidia GeForce GT430 GFX Card
1TB HDD
IIYAMA 22" LED HD Monitor

This came to £738. Pretty good setup for what I'd like to do in my opinion. I only have one worry I'd like to ask you guys about. This was setup in the AMD Mini PC section, so its that little case. Will the fans and PSU be good enough?

The Mini-Pc's are not what i would recommend for heavy video editing. Best to be looking at a proper tower for that kind of usage.

It might be a mini-pc but a majority of the components are identical to that of a normal desktop pc, so it's going to perform very well. The only downside is the small case & PSU limits you to a GT430 Graphics Card, I'd rather see a GTS450 or GTX550Ti in a spec for heavy video editing/gaming but the GT430 will still do the job, just a little bit slower. However it's sacrifices such as this that you have to make if you want a mini-pc
