Hi everyone, just wondered if I could get some input since I've never really cleaned a laptops' fans before.
I've had it for about 21 months now, and it overheats quite fast now, which I've almost certainly deduced as being the result of a dust filled fan.
However I see a lot of conflicting opinions on how laptop fans should be cleaned. Some people say air compressors contain moisture/lubricant that will increase dust trapping in the computer, and others say Vacuum cleaners can build a static discharge and create damage.
So if not these two options, what else can I use? Or are these options actually ok to consider? Thanks.
