I've been toying with the idea of getting a new laptop for a while. I play a lot of World of Warcraft, and would play more Diablo III, Starcraft II, and plenty of other things if my laptop could actually cope! I was initially looking at forking out ~£1300 for a 17" Vortex, but after much consideration decided that the following spec. would suit me best in the long run. I am on the move a lot, moving between houses, so a desktop makes little sense. However, in the coming years I will be moving into a new house with my girlfriend, by which time I will be in a position to trade my soon to be new laptop in for a desktop.
