Optimus VIII 17" : Keyboard "spongy" ?

Is the keyboard known to be spongy?

i.e. when I press a key the entire keyboard flexes under the pressure.

Just seems to be very obvious.

If this concerns you give PCS a call (don't email, phone them) and talk this over with them. I have no idea whether this is normal for the Optimus VIII but I'm quite sure PCS will either put your mind at rest or discuss with you how to remedy this.
