I'm trying to decide between a new build based either on the Optimus XI or the Nova. I've already posted about my panel tech/percentage dilemma if anyone wants to wade in on that, but here I'm looking for opinions on the overall specs. I'm not a hardcore gamer. Mostly what I'm wanting is to catch up on titles that have been released over the last couple of years on high or maybe even ultra settings, and to be able to play the next couple of years' titles, on reduced settings if need be.
I'll mostly be gaming on the 1080p display, but I might also get a standalone 1440p monitor at some point. I have a 256GB SSD (555MB/sR | 500MB/sW) from my old machine which I'm planning to install and use for my games library, plus a 500GB 2.5" drive to install for documents etc. The builds I'm trying to decide between are:
