it seems that the big fan to the maelstorm cas had been forgotten .. .

It's not been forgotten, it's been removed because the Titan Fenrir fan you ordered is a large cooler and cannot fit inside the case with the fan remaining.

and it seems that the other part pf the partition is missing. . .any advice how to locate it?

If a drive is partitioned any non system partition will be left unformatted as the customer may want to create a specific type of drive.

Open disk management and look for any unformatted space, right clicking this black square will give you your options.

can put smaller fan on the side to replace it?? and can the PCS send the other fan??

Two things to check here:

1. A wire has not moved during delivery and is stopping the fan from turning.
2. The connection to the motherboard (the fan connects via a chassis fan connector) has not come loose.

I would not advise connecting any other fan to the side, as it may be obstructed but the Fenrir. The computer will run adequately cool without it.
