Hi i got an email today saying that it's been dispatched to the courier, however when i go to track it i get this message - No tracking details are available for this consignment. any light as to what the process is?

You might have to wait a wee while (possibly even until tomorrow) until it shows up on DPD's tracking database. Don't worry though, its on its way

Basically though you will get an email/text message with your delivery date + 1 hour slot, if you need to change it you can do it via text or email (or you can Phone PCS I guess too ). Your rig will be delivered during that slot

No, you can choose from a selection of dates/times I believe. You won't get to pick when its delivered on a specific day unfortunately

I got the despatch email today too and the tracking is giving me information, but there is no 1 hour slot mentioned (I was not expecting as such).

DPD are my favourite delivery service, but it's touch and go if I'll get my PC before I have to go out for the afternoon. Here's hoping.

Anyhow this is all perfect timing. I'll be packing up the Mac I'm typing this on now tomorrow for pick up on Wednesday.
I feel a bit like a kid on Christmas eve. The twist is that I'll get GTAV tomorrow with any luck and I'll not be playing any games on the PC for a couple of months or so as a consequence.

You should get an hour slot, I certainly did. Although I cant remember if it was just on the day of delivery or not?

When I got mine delivered a few months ago, I got the text stating the hour delivery slot on the morning of the delivery, they probably don't know til the morning when the slot will be.

Yes, now I remember that DPD do text with a timing, it's just that last time I didn't see it until after delivery.
