Hi PC Specialist,
I first purchased my PC under order ref: 682247 back in May 2014.....A few months later I had to return the system to you and you kindly fitted a new cooling system for me. Whilst this fixed the problem temporarily, that voided the RMA I believe.
I've soldiered on but still experiencing pc shutdowns due to overheating on a regular basis.
This happens when I am gaming - games such as Hurtworld, Stranded Deep, The Division...basically any game that has quite a high demand on the graphics.
The system is fully up to date with firmware and drivers and has been kept up to date weekly....
I'm just not sure where to turn now....When the PC shuts down, the heating pipes are again extremely hot, the lighting system on the cooling system is red.
The PC is kept clean from dust and is in a clean environment......
What help can you offer?
