Thanks for the feedback. I wanted the best I could get for gaming and been saving up and thinking about the computer for a couple of years. So far nobody has said the specs would not work together so that is was what I was checking for.

Other than ’gaming’, you haven’t told us anything new to help us to tell you if it’s balanced or not…hence the lack of clear responses.

• Personally, for gaming only I don’t see the point of the extra cores of the 7950X3D over the 7800X3D...as the extra cores do not have 3D-vcache - and you may have to do some tweaking to get games/apps to use the correct cores
• The motherboard is intended for enthusiasts who plan to overclock and put extra power & stress through it
• The overclocked GPU is next to pointless (1-2% extra boost for 20% more cost)
• AMD motherboards are back to supporting 6000MHz RAM, so that will be the ‘best’ PCS offer
• Don’t need Arctic paste as the Corsair AIO comes with better ore-applied paste
• 1000W PSU is the bare minimum we’d recommend for a 4090 system, and would suggest the 1200w instead
• Strange m.2 SSD configuration, as we’d normally keep the boot drive relatively small and increase the size of the 2nd/3rd m.2 SSDs, an£ but save some cash there by going for slightly slower, but higher endurance drives instead

But all this is theoretical as all we know is ‘gaming’.

There's a lot of misunderstanding with components into what they actually do, one example is RAM, adding too much RAM does absolutely nothing for performance, all RAM does is MAINTAIN performance IF that much is required by the specific program.

There's no game on the planet that would use anywhere near 32Gb, let alone 64Gb. It's not futureproofing either, 64Gb will never be required by games in the lifetime of the PC. It's taken about 20 years to go from 16Gb to 32Gb and we've only JUST hit 32Gb requirement. But no game comes close to requiring 32Gb, most of the biggest are around 20 - 24Gb, it's only because it's DDR (Double Data Rate) that you require matched pairs, ie 2 x 16Gb, if we had 10Gb sticks, 2 x 10Gb would be ample for most of todays games.

Similarly the 7950x3d is not a gaming CPU and you'll find performance tanks in a lot of titles unless you manage the non X3D CCD. It's designed for creative professionals who game on the side, so you'd have the full cores unlocked for professional workflows and then disable the second CCD for gaming. So if you've just bought it for gaming, it's the wrong chip and will actually reduce performance unless you know how to park cores.

But yes, as you haven't said what it's for or what monitor you're pairing it with, we're shooting in the dark as to weather it's at all suitable or not.

Hi! Thanks. I did think about the 7800X3D after hearing about it doing well in gaming. I will think about this thanks.
On the configure page it recommended a 8500w power source so I did go with some extra power. It interesting you suggested a 1200w power.
I think about replacing the Arctic Paste.

I am very not unbothered. I am reading peoples comments and thinking about them very much. I am fully aware I am not good at knowing about computers so I am listening.

Without the answers, we're not gonna be able to help I'm afraid.

I will try to answer some of the questions.
I am planning to buy the monitor later as I have a monitor already. It is a VG278QR. I have personal reasons for this but later planning on a Samsung Odyssey G9.
My budget for computer is £4600.
The computer is mostly for Games for example Starfield.

32GB Ram
upgraded my power to 1200w
as suggested
