Looks good,but for music production you would really need an ASIO compatible dedicated sound card.

I knew I'd overlooked something. Have now made the following changes:

Sound Card ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Change to: Asus Xonar DG 5.1 SoundCard & Headphone AMP (Award Winner) (£24)
Network Facilities GIGABIT LAN & WIRELESS 802.11N 300Mbps PCI CARD (£16)
Change to: 10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT - AS STANDARD ON ALL PCs (-£8)

My question now is - my PC does not have a wireless receiver does it? I'd either need to plug in my existing TP-Link adaptor or use wired LAN?

with 6x usb id just get a usb - wireless adapter they range in price I use a £12 one and it flawless I'll try and link later it was an amazon find

I've already got a TP-Link adaptor (white with a little aerial on it) which picks up wireless on my old PC, so I'll just plug this in. I get decent speeds. Can always upgrade to Homeplugs if all else fails.
