os reinstall

hello guys i got a quick question. if im goin to reinstall the os will it affect the overclocking settings of cpu (will it go back to its default settings or not) as im no good or dont even know how to overclock thanks!!!

I think it won't as it will still take place i believe? best is to have it on stock clock speeds if a reinstall was done.

thanks teaz but if it will return to its default clock speed can i just use the asus eufi tools to overclock as dont know to overclock manually...

certainly pretty much 1 of the main points of the asus uEFI, is for simple overclocking and managing than the standard BIOS look

just dont overclock it to a point where it will blow up, some of the options it provide can be a fine simple overclock
