Overclock GTX 760M ???

The GTX 765M is just an overclocked GTX 760M, is it possible to just overclock the 760 in order to get same performance as the 765M ?

You will void the warranty and the cooling in the chassis is not suitable for overclocking your gpu.

The answer is yes (at least to the overclocking bit). But as keynes has said you'll end up voiding the warranty on the GPU.
