Given the current heatwave in the UK and a human body temp of around 38C, just how many Noctuas will I need to actually need to stop sweating? Is it worth paying for the extra-good thermal paste and and can anyone recommend a case with 40+ fan bays that will fit a 40+ man inside?

In this kind of heatwave I think you’d be a fool not to consider watercooling... you’re heart’s gonna be pushing thermal throttling, you need to repaste with liquid protein and then stick on some serious watercooling, something like this:
