PC Configuration

Hi All,

I am getting a Desktop built and I wanted to know to what extent the PC has things installed and configured.

Does anyone know if for the initial setup the RAM is configured to run at advertised speeds, all drivers are updated for Motherboard/Grapghics cards, configure fan speeds etc or is this something I should be looking to do myself when it arrives?

RAM would be configured to run at the advertised speed.

If you buy with Windows then we would always look at advising that you ran Windows update as much as possible as this would take care of ensuring the majority of drivers are updated - in most cases all drivers. However, if any niggly issues sometimes you may need to go to manufacturers website and get latest driver.

The forum here though can help advise on any issues.
