Pc crashing out

My pc fans are turning on but nothing connected to my pc is turning on or working. (Such as keyboard, mic, mouse) My monitor currently keeps saying ‘no signal found’ every time it’s plugged in and when I try turning my monitor on. There is a red flashing light on top of a ‘CPU’ sign and I don’t really know anything about PCs so I’ve been using YouTube, TikTok and google for my last few tried. everyone has been telling me to check on my cpu, ram sticks and battery. I’ve done everything from unplugging wires and specs then placing the things back, to checking if my cpu has the little sticks bent or something and nothing has been working. I’ve got no idea what to do rn. And the thing I am pointing at in the photo usually lights up green but it hasn’t been since my pc stopped working. This is the link for the photos since it won’t allow me to upload photos on here

This is a second hand pc from Facebook and I’ve got no idea how to check the specs I’m sorry
If it's a second hand PCSpecialist PC, then get the owner to transfer ownership to you officially, so that you get access to your PCS account for technical/upgrade support.

Without the full specs, there's not a lot we can do to help.

I’ve got no way of finding the person that sold it to me as I used Facebook markets and I just checked to see if there was anyway for me to get in contact again but I’m unable to find anything. Thank you for helping me though I really appreciate.

Unfortunately without an account we’re unable to offer any support as this site is only for PCSpecialist customers.

Worth asking on some open forums
