The fan physically won't fit in the case due to your Titan Fenrir fan, and therefore has been removed.

Give us a call on 0844 499 4000, they may be able to send one out if you think it will fit.

These things are usually removed for a reason though.

Product key was valid for steam, then I downloaded game, windows live update thing came up for the game it eventually asked for a product key then said my key was invalid tripple checked I put right key in that steam accepted, it was right but won't accept it any suggestions?

Steam is fine.

Games for windows is a pain. it may be saying the key is not valid if your log in details for games for windows is invalid too.. check both instances. I had to do ym key 3-4times for F1 2010 before it worked.
That being said it isnt anything to do with your PC so if your still having issues i suggest you post on the steam forums :)

Len there are two codes on the card, the one at the top is for steam and the one at the bottom of the card is for Windows Live
