PC making loud noises when starting

Hello.

I've been using my Ultima X01 for about 3 months now and I absolutely like it. However, when I start the pc, it will make a very loud noise. It happen for about 1 minute when I start the pc but then it'll stop. I'm not sure what it is but it sounds like the sound of a fan. I didnt happen when I first buy it but it has been happening for a few weeks now. Is it normal for it to be like that?

If I am unsure about fans I would start up with the side off and carefully stop each one with my finger to identify which is causing the issue. The PSU I would be particularly careful with as it is harder to get near.

It's possible that there has been some dust build up on one or more fan blades that has unbalanced the fan. That would certainly cause the fan to be noisy.
