PC not booting properly

PC arrived with a boot issue, I've tried to fix to avoid potentially sending back but not sure what else to try. PC is running windows 11 and when switch on will get stuck on the PCS logo. When powered off using the case button and powered back on it'll boot fine but when shut down and left for a period it'll again freeze on the next boot. I've ran scans to detect corrupted files and had no results, checked and updated all drivers and bios version. Reseated the ram and ran mem test with no issues found, I've also tried booting with and without usb devices but the pc still freezes. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Specs below.

Have you tried to reinstall windows from scratch (you noted trying to boot with usb's and without so just thought I'd check)?

I've been trying to avoid it to be honest, if a windows file repair scan shows up no issues is this still the best course of action? Happy to give it a shot if it's the next step.

Long shot but have you tried disabling Windows Fast Startup?

Do you hear any beeps on startup (in addition to the single beep you always get)?

Tried disabling it before as well as fast boot in bios and did nothing.

None at all, when it boots and freezes the disc activity light doesn't blink either but on restart it comes on fine and beeps.

Try removing and re-seating the M.2 drive. I've come across a couple of silly issues solved by reseating the M.2 drive.
