PC spec help?

So, I'm on a budget of around £850 (could go to £865-70 at a push). Some things that are important to have for me:
- Zalman Z11 case
- i5
- GTX 960
- an SSD + a HDD

It's for gaming and I don't need any peripherals. I want to play GTA V, Rust, Cities Skylines, etc. at high settings 60 fps.

Intended use? For your budget assuming it is for gaming I would suggest dropping the ssd getting a gtx 970

Alright. What's the difference between the Z97 and H81 motherboards? Also, I've seen bad things about the CS, VS, CX and RM power supplies from Corsair.. Low quality capacitors? Is that true?
