The laptop worked straight out the box. I installed all the windows updates and then ran into a slight technical hitch where the laptop would take 3-4 minutes to shut down saying it was waiting on taskhost. I solved the shutdown problem in the technical section of the forums. The service has been pretty fantastic from pc specialist and the forums any questions asked are usually answered within 24 hours. I don't really have a clue how to review the laptop itself but I'll post some pictures and if anyone has any specific questions please feel free to ask.
