PC still shuts down by itself

Hello. I posted an issue with my pc a few months ago:

Before this, a lot of problem happened including blue screen, desktop hang and worst is that it shuts down by itself before restarting. After my previous post, I did all the recommendations and it solved my bluescreen problem and desktop hang. However, my pc still shuts down by itself and it happened quite frequently. Maybe once in every 2-3 days. Is there any other ways to solve this? Is it possible that is is caused by loose cable? I have never touched the inside of my pc but if it can be the cause then maybe i have to check it.

I see it's being doing this since last December and it started shortly after you had it. Have you contacted PCS about this issue? You really should - before your warranty runs out.

I note that you're also asking for advice on a new HDD, is that related this problem?

I would recommend that you phone PCS and talk over these shutdowns with them. If it needs to go back for an RMA you can always ask them to upgrade the HDD at the same time.

This is NOT normal. You need to call PCS.

Yes, when I said shuts down I mean it power off. The screen turns black before it starts again.

I have not contacted PCS since I thought the issue can be solved through certain methods but since it sounds serious I will do that as soon as possible.

Regarding the hard disk, it have nothing to do with this issue. I just need more space for games.

Thank you for the replies.
