My pc have been working well since i bought it on december but yesterday it suddenly turned off when i was playing game. When i said turned off, i mean it didnt shut down but the screen suddenly went blank. Then after a few seconds it restarts. Today it happened again when i was watching movies. Could there be any problem with my pc?

Yes. Since I use my computer mainly for gaming, I always check my cpu and gpu temp. I've never exceed 70 celcius so far.

The sound issue apparently stopped for now but today i got the blue screen with the :( smiley thing. What would the cause and is it danger for my pc to get that blue screen?

Those temps are not a problem.

If it blue screens again make a note of the reason, it will be something like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, that code tells you why it blue screened and will help us point you at where to look and what to do to fix it.

Getting a blue screen of death (a BSOD) won't hurt or harm your PC, it's just Windows way of telling you that something has gone seriously wrong and since Windows can't recover it shows you the blue screen with a code to tell you why.

You bought it in December I see, what changes have you made to it since then?

Thank you for the reply. Its good to know that it wont harm my pc.

I didn't really make any changes in terms of the hardware. All I ever did was download games and other softwares.

I just remembered that I took a photo when I got thr bsod. It says, Stop code: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA

There are several potential causes of that BSOD....

1. Bad or missing driver. Have you updated any drivers recently? This can happen as part of Windows Update, so have there been any Windows updates recently? This is the most likely cause.

2. Problematic anti-virus systems. What anti-virus engine do you use? Have you updated your anti-virus lately? Have you updated the anti-virus signatures lately?

3. It could be a hard disk problem with the disk that contains the page file. Run a 'chkdsk /r' command on the system drive/partition but be sure to backup all user data first! Note that you'll have to reboot to get this chkdsk to run (and you don't type the quotes either). If any errors are found that could not be corrected suspect a failing disk.

4. It could be flaky RAM. Download Memtest86 (free) from https://www.memtest86.com/ and create a bootable CD or USB stick, then boot that media and Memtest will start running. Personally I like to leave it running overnight to get as many iterations of the various tests as possible. If it reports even a single error suspect your RAM and get it replaced.
