PC turns itself off then on

Hi guys,

Just wondering if this is normal, when I switch the PC on, it all comes on as normal but then turns off completely (all LED's go out and the machine is silent) for a few seconds then it boots itself up again and proceeds to load properly. I don't know if it's supposed to do this or not, when it's booted up there are no problems, I can leave it on for the entire day without it shutting down and restarting, it's only when I first switch it on for the day. Any ideas?

Overclocked machine? Starts with no display fans spinning then powers off and boots with display? if so then yes, it checks timings etc then power on proper after a cold shutdown (left off for more than 10-15 minutes).
