you sure you're plugging into the graphic card and not motherboard.....also check that the graphic card is fully seated in its slot on the motherboard

I take it from the spec list that this isn't a new system? That it was working before and simply stopped working? You said you have tried multiple monitors...does this include different cables? For example trying HDMI if plugged in with DP and vice versa?

Might be worth removing the graphics card and reinserting it...someone recently did this on a years old system and it solved their display issues
Had it since August, tried both hdmi and dp cables, I shut down the pc last night and the problem occurred when trying to start it up today. I was rearranging the room it was in so it might be possible something got dislodged when moving it. How would I go about removing the graphics card?

I would try checking the cables between the graphics card and the motherboard on both ends first...maybe also trying to see if the graphics card is fully seated (may have just come slightly loose in the slot), especially given it happened after the system was moved. I would also just make sure all the other connectors on the motherboard are secure, same with the ones leaving the power supply unit....also make sure the RAM sticks are secure. Whilst display issues are usually graphics card, sometimes a loose RAM stick can cause issues like it.

Assuming everything is as it seems it should, this video will give you some idea..may not be exactly the same but the principles are the same:

All cables seem fine apart from this one that feels a little loose, think it connects to the power supply or hdd (says SATA6g) Can’t get gpu out yet cos I can’t find a screwdriver but will look for one tomorrow

That is a sata cable going to your barracuda hdd to transfer data. the power sata will be from the drive straight to the psu. If it feels a little loose just give it a push :)
