PC won't boot (beeping and "no signal detected")

Just ordered a new pc from pcspecialist but can't get it to boot up. So far it's worked once before it blue screened. Since then, the only response I've been getting is three beeps and a connection error on the monitor. I've tried using different monitors but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post your full specs from the order page? PCS don't offer the Tomahawk motherboard, so struggling to work out how this is a PCS build?

Yeah I think so, tried using different cables e.g display port and hdmi. Neither seem to be working though

So power if off at the wall, carefully remove the GPU and plug it back in, then try booting again.

Whilst you're doing this pop everything else out and back in too (RAM, WiFi, any other PCIe cards). Also check connectors, especially the connectors going into the motherboard.

Stuff does move in transit unfortunately.

Yep. My PC was returned last week for the " no signal detected " message. Although mine never made any beeps. That's two or three of these I have seen over the past few days all with the same problem. Strange.
