PCS Desktop Theme

I'm running windows 7 and I'm trying to find where the standard PCS desktop theme is saved as I've grown used to it but my idiot friend replaced it with West Ham images as a joke.
I can see all the usual standard windows options in personalisation but not the PCS one
Any help would be greatly appreciated
