PCS FrostFlow Cooler YAY or Nay?

Hi Guys,

I have the PCS FrostFlow 100 V2 Series High Performance CPU Cooler picked on my build I'm waiting on? I don't actually know what this looks like or if it will be sufficient for my build to cool my i7 Eight Core Processor i7-10700KF. Do I change it?

Any advice would be great.
