You can indeed for instance pick up your PC in person from the workshop. I believe this is done via phone or perhaps the live support

No idea if you can just pop in without an order to pick up, but best bet is to phone them tomorrow

Customers are able to collect their orders if they wish, but should be aware of the following:
Collection is not possible with Finance Orders, which need to be dispatched to the application address because of the agreement the customer makes with Hitachi.
Customers should specify this at time of order. We have a facility to alert dispatch to a collection and they will phone you when it is ready.
The best time to collect is 8.00 - 4.30 Monday to Friday.
Bring some ID (ideally the card used to pay for the order) and your order number.
And please remember, we're not geared up for customers, so take us as you find us.
