Peeps who paid on finance

Right so when I bought my PC I opted for the 9 months before you have to start paying back monthly instalments yadda yadda option. Basically you have 9 months to pay of Hitachi before you have to start paying interest.

My question is, how do you actually pay them? I haven't been sent any email with payment instructions. Since I plan to have the debt paid by mid next year this information would be very helpful :)

As far as I know you should get a letter by post from them which would explain evrything. At least this is what happened in my case. But I don't have my letter with me so I can't give you any more details on this.

You will get your loan documents by post direct from Hitachi.

If you have any concerns, you should contact Hitachi as they have total control over the loan.

They should send you full details of your agreement soon after you agree and sign, then a reminder letter towards the end of the free term giving you at least one month's notice to pay off the full amount (and telling you how) or do nothing and let the monthly payments commence. That's how it has always worked with me when I've gone for a Pay Later option, with PCSpecialist and other companies too. If you have any doubts, call the finance company up. Their number should be on the finance agreement.
