Playing videos in Youtube

I've been playing videos on Youtube when I can in 1080p and 720.

Today I got the message saying "An error occurred, please try again later". I cleared my cookies and history. Then I uninstalled and deleted the browser. I still can't play them in a higher quality video.

Anyone know why?

Is this for every video or just one video?

Did you maybe consider that the message "not available" might just actually mean what it says and the video is not available in that quality at the moment? Youtube are in the process of upgrading their video codecs' to be able to achieve 60fps as opposed to the usual 30fps, it might possibly be an issue at their end while they are working on things.
