Please Advise for Photo Editing

I am currently looking for another laptop for photo editing. My current laptop is the Optimus 17.3 which I've had for approx one year. A beautifully fast machine but the display appears to be geared up for gaming and can't produce the true tones and colours required for working with Adobe Photoshop.
My budget is approximately £2000 and will be mainly used for Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and various graphics programs.
The spec that I'm looking at states sRGB 100% so I hope that it will be up to the task.

Why not get an external monitor for editing? It will be a lot better value than spending £2000 on a new laptop. You could get a specialist editing monitor with hardware calibration and 99% Adobe RGB gamut from BenQ for much less than that. For example, the SW270C (which I have) is 27 inch 1440p and is around £670, although I paid less than this. There is a 4K 32 inch version, but that is over £1500. There are also cheaper versions and models optimised for video or design.

Thank you for your quick response which is a great idea, but I'm really looking for editing on the go and perhaps tethering of the camera. I have a Lenovo that I use at the moment but I've dropped it far too many times and is now too fragile to move around.
