Hi there, word of warning I am not tech savvy regarding computers, I am in the market for gaming rig, where I can play on high/ultra graphics. The types of games I will be looking to play are as follows:

The Sims 4
TES V:Skyrim (with all DLC) and I will be looking to MOD also,
The Sims 3 (with expansions and cc)
also other steam games but nothing like BF4, COD etc.

This spec bellow is at my max budget of around £800-£900. I could go up a little more if necessary.

At a later date I will be also setting up a youtube channel so I will be photo and video editing.

Thanks for the reply but I have a few queries, with the specs you mentioned would I be able to play skyrim on high/ultra heavily modded as I heard that it is taxing on the system, also I was told that the processor would need to have at least 4.0Ghz. Thanks

The clock speed is not important, the i5 is much better than the FX-4350 that you posted.

I don't want to be a pain or a nuisance or anything, I really appreciate your help, so if I understand this right, the nVidia GTX 770 will play a heavily modded skyrim at high/ultra settings? sorry again.

Thats great thanks, but can I ask if I change the 1tb caviar black to the 2tb SATA-III does that make any difference to performance?
