Hi Guys

Anybody can tell me what is the best options for gtx680 in Nvidia Control Panel?

To be honest, 99% the time the default settings are the best. Certain games may have better effects with certain settings, but when you get into that you end up changing it all the time or creating loads of profiles which all need attention prior to playing each profiled games. Id just leave it as is unless you have issues.
