I just want to give my feedback on the early RMA process by PCSpecialist - to be honest, it's pretty great! Simple, quick, and easy.
Simple, because I just logged into the website, clicked the link to submit an RMA, typed in the issue and when I wanted it sent off, and submitted it. Took two minutes, tops.
Quick, because they accepted my RMA request within a few hours of submitting it, and had DPD pick it up within three days.
Easy, because they have shipping labels already printed for you in the welcome booklet, which was handy for me since all three of my mum's b****y printers are out of ink/toner (writing it wasn't an option since the cardboard box was too dark for writing to show up).
My laptop was picked up a few minutes ago, so let's hope that the rest of the process is nice and smooth
