Possible Fan Light Fault

Good morning all,

There’s a possibility one of the outer lights on one of the fans (top one) is faulty, does anyone have any ideas?

Have you gone into the iCue software to check the status of the lighting on that fan? It’s possible that you’d just need to click a couple of buttons to get the outer ring working again.

Many thanks for the speedy reply!

I’ve checked the settings and can’t see a fault or anything abnormal in comparison to the other 2 fans. I have just updated to latest software and no joy.
