I bought this software with my laptop and gone through the whole installation process. I am asked for the licence /product key when I first run this and the supplied key does not work. I have tried this several times, and had others check that I have typed in the correct product key to no avail.

What next?Any ideas?

Try uninstalling then reinstall the program.

Yep, tried that too.... it's not accepting the product key - weird.
