Pre-built delivery time

Hello,

This is my first ever purchase from Pcspecialist, so I'm not entirely certain how things work.
I'm not complaining, as it's only been 3 days since I ordered, but I was wondering how long exactly I can expect it to take for my pc to get to me. I ordered a pre-built pc, partially on the basis that: 'ordering a pre-built computer which can we dispatch immediately after ordering, providing payment is confirmed by 3pm on a working day.'

I was wondering if there may have been complications or something?

If its a pre-built one I would expect it to be dispatched on the same day you ordered (if ordered by 3pm) or the next day (if after 3pm).
Did your payment definitely go through? If so I'd give PCS a call to see if something odd has happened.

From what I can see of your order you ordered a custom build not pre-built so it will take approximately

Build Time Standard Build - Approximately 6 to 8 working days
