Problems casting Zwift to TV

Ok, most of you probably don't know but I'm a keen cyclist, and it.s getting to that time year when the weather puts a stop to riding out doors, so i thought i would see how the laptop would handle casting zwift to my TV (its a cycling game that connects to a cycling turbo trainer), and initial results were terrible in that what was showing on the tv was at least a minute behind what was on the laptop!

So I started doing some tests to see if I could find out what was going wrong, so i tried casting zwift from my phone and had no problem, then i tried from the desktop, and yet again no problem, next i tried changing resolution from 1080P down to 760P, and it was still no better, then i tried replacing the studio graphics driver with the game ready one, and you guessed it, still no change.

As you can guess i was pulling my hair out by now and getting really frustrated, and was getting ready to come here and pick folks brains, until after closing edge I spotted something which put me on to the cure, these are the specs of the Laptop:

You're not the first to run into Bullguard problems. I don't know how Bullguard interfaces with Windows but I do know that many anti-malware products use undocumented features to interface with Windows systems at a sufficiently deep level. The problem with that is that because they are undocumented features Microsoft can (and do) change them at any time and without any notice. These sorts of products often lead to the complaint that 'the latest Windows update screwed up my computer"...

TBH you don't need anything other than Windows Defender these days.

No I had gathered that from a few comments I'd seen around the forum, which is what led me to uninstall it anduse windows defender instead.

I used to have Sophos home installed on my mums W7 laptop, but I've now set that up on windows defender instead.
