PSU problem, pretty worried

Basically, my power supply makes A LOT of noise when it gets hot, I spent 15 minutes figuring out where the noise was coming from but now i'm certain it's my PSU, it sounds like the fan is hitting or bashing against something, or like the fan is spinning too fast, thinking I should just get a new one or contact PCS directly, any help?

Best phone if possible as it can take a couple of days to get an answer with email.
