Question about delivery

I ordered my gaming rig on Saturday, but the only message I've received was the automated message confirming the checkout. It's Monday and I haven't received any email from them yet. Is this normal and how long does it usually take?

Give it a bit longer Tom, as you ordered on Saturday your order has not had time to progress (Sunday). You'll get status updates whenever your order moves to the next stage. It can take some time but it's well worth the wait - better things take a bit longer and be done properly.

I've just received my first email since ordering 8 days ago(other than the initial order conformation email)hopefully my order will shortly move to 'In Building' so you'll just have to be a bit more patient

OK, so I'm guessing it'll arrive on the 20th December, I'll unbox it to test if it is working then go on it when Christmas comes
