Question about my order...confused

Just spotted a potential issue?

ASUS® P8H61-M LE/USB3 (NEW REV 3.0): M-ATX, USB 3.0, SATA 3.0Gb/s
does not support 6 Gb/s hard drives

I have specified 2x
2TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD2002FAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)

I assume this means the hard drives won't be running as fast as they could???

Just emailed PCS now asking if they can offer me a slight upgrade on the motherboard...

Can someone explain please?

From what I know, you will so no difference in performance by having a mechanical drive on 3.0gb/s sata port compared to a 6.0gb/s sata port.

I'm just trying to get an understanding :)
so why would the hard drive it self say its capable of 6gb/s if its the same as one that says 3gb/s
