Random black screen flicker.

Hi guys,

I have just got a new system. When I’m playing warzone 2 I get a weird black screen flicker then everything is back to normal. I thought this was only a warzone thing but it happened now on the desktop.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

So the configuration is good, there's nothing at a hardware performance level that would limit anything, the RAMs quite slow, but shouldn't affect things in this way.

Can you upload a screenshot of your optional updates page from windows update?

It’s not to fix the issue, you have to be on a stable platform before we can troubleshoot

It's up to you. Clean install you don't have to troubleshoot software so it's generally much quicker

So I done all of the above and the issue still occurred. So I’m now doing a clean install.

What process did you take for a clean install? Where did you source the windows image and drivers?

When reinstalling windows. It asks to download and install windows, or install windows from device. I chose the device option
