Have you tried starting it in Safe mode as it suggests? Give that a go and see if it boots up ok.

Try a start up repair.
Insert windows7 os disk, & tap f8 key on startup.
This will bring up boot menu, choose optical drive as boot source, then press any key to boot from the windows7 disc.choose preferences for language & time.
Click on repair your computer.
Click on start up repair, this can take a long time and sometimes needs to be run two or three times, might be worth trying a system restore first from the same location.
Failing that I would try a clean install.

Might be best to do a start-up repair as Vanthus suggested and see if that solves the problem then move onto a clean install

ive dont a system restore before and the problem stll occurs
Have you tried a startup repair as I suggested. If It comes down to a clean install instructions are given in the welcome booklet. As you mention something about bios error, might be worth first trying to restore the bios from the motherboard disk, some motherboards have this feature, check your motherboard manual.

Follow the steps hi-lighted in Vanthus post and follow instructions on-screen to install windows as opposed to repairing :) and as Vanthus said, check your welcome manual.

If you can boot into safemode give this a try first
In safemode type msconfig in the Start Search box and then press ENTER.
On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
On the startup tab disable all.
Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
Click apply/OK.then restart.
if pc boots ok you need to isolate the problem startup item selectively,
for example enable the top half of start up items,if computer doesn't start normally you know one of the enabled startup items is the problem and so on.

RAM is RAM - find out where the RAM sticks are, take them out and put them in again - should be easy stuff. If reseating doesn't work then one or more sticks might be faulty - test them individually.

If it was a ram problem it wouldn't start in safemode.

oops - sorry, I know absolutely nothing about computers and frequently confuse myself with the rubbish I type:)
