Really loud/ possibly broken fan - Clevo p370em

Hey guys, so i've had my laptop for about 2 years now, Its a clevo p370em with 2x radeon 7950 in crossfire. The laptop has been great until just recently when the left laptop fan makes a horrible noise when it starts. The sound is very loud and it vibrates the whole left side of the laptop. I've taken the fan out and held it while its on, cleaned it and so fourth but it keeps making this sound when its on. Sometimes the fan will just tick for a while then the noise will start. It isn't suppose to make this noise, I've had the laptop for over two years and never had a problem with the fans before. Has anyone else encountered a problem like this before? I also uploaded some test videos so you guys can hear the actual noise.

I'm wondering if a bearing has gone on the fan, sounds like that could be the case and if the fans been under load over that period it would fit.

I would contact pcs first of all to see if they have any spares they can post you for you to fit yourself if you're comfortable. If they dont, there are some other sources available.
