Recoil Series: 15.6" Matte - Keys Falling Off?

Received the laptop about a month ago, and I wouldn't say I'm the most aggressive typer in the world but I've had multiple instances of keys falling off the keyboard. They go back in fairly easy, but I just want to make sure this isn't a fault - or just a design fluke.

I expect to receive my Recoil in the next few days. I'm not an aggressive typer, but I do a lot of typing. I'll let you know if I have any trouble with it.

You need to report that to PCS and get a replacement, that shouldn’t happen.

Agreed. Definitely tell PCS, if it's a design issue they need to know.

I'm having the same problem with the W key on mine. It just randomly pops off while I'm typing.
